What’s included with studio rentals?
Standard power, basic grip (2 C-stands), apple boxes, and a folding table. Add-ons like seamless backdrops or a makeup station are rentable in the catalog.
Do you allow audio recording?
Yes. Our lavender-laced acoustic treatments reduce echo. For critical audio, choose “quiet” tagged studios and avoid peak traffic hours.
What are your cancellation terms?
Full refund 7+ days before booking; 50% refund 3–6 days; within 72 hours we issue credit only. See full Terms.
Is there parking and elevator access?
Yes. Each studio lists on-site parking or nearby lots, and all buildings include elevator or ramp access.
How do student/nonprofit discounts work?
Email proof of status to our team. We apply discounts before final confirmation.
Can I bring pets or newborns?
Yes—please note pets in your message so we can prepare protective covers. Newborn sessions are welcome; our changing area and nursing corner support calm setups.
Do you offer lighting kits?
We rent LED panels, strobes, softboxes, and booms. Add them from the catalog to bundle with your studio reservation.
Can I extend on the day?
When available, yes. Overtime is billed at the same hourly rate in 30-minute increments.
